Return Policy

  • 14-day returns after delivery for a full refund (expedited shipping costs are excluded). After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund.
  • 30-day online store credit after delivery. After 30 days we cannot offer store credit & exchanges.
  • Regular purchases are eligible for a Full Refund (minus any added expedited shipping costs) to the original Payment Method.
  • "Products with Discount": Orders made with discount, found on our e-shop, are only eligible for Online Store Credit.
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must have the original packaging. If a returned item is received by La Bottega Ottica and is missing from the package, damaged due to negligent packaging, or re-packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Refund Policy

When we have received your returned order it will be inspected for missing items or severe damages. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your chosen refund method within seven (7) business days.
